Sandwich Bread
Ingredients:
1/4 cup ground
sesame seeds
1/4 cup ground
flax seeds
1/4 cup protein
powder
1/4 cup soy
flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour
cream
1 1/2 tsp baking
powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp. olive
oil
Instructions:
1.
Preheat
oven 350.
2.
Mix
all ingredients together.
3.
Pour
into greased loaf pan.
4.
Bake
25 minutes.
5.
Cut
it in half crosswise, then cut each half into 4 slices. This is better toasted.
Total: 44 Carb,

Better Tasting Protein Bread
Ingredients:
3/4 cup soy
isolate
2 tbsp. powdered
egg whites
2 packets
Splenda (or alternative sweetner)
2 tsp. baking
powder
dash salt
5 tbsp. heavy
cream
3 eggs,
separated
dash cream of
tartar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
Instructions:
1.
Preheat
oven 400 and spray 8" loaf pan.
2.
Beat
egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff.
3.
Mix
egg yolks, cream, water and oil.
4.
Sift
in dry ingredients and mix well with electric mixer.
5.
Fold
in egg whites carefully.
6.
Spoon
into prepared pan and smooth top slightly.
7.
Bake
25 minutes or until the bread pulls away from sides of pan and is nicely brown.
8.
Cut
this the same way like a sandwich bread.

Ingredients:
1/2 c soy
isolate
1 tsp baking
powder
3 large eggs

1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1.
Preheat
oven to 350 and spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.
2.
Mix
all ingredients in bowl with whisk until smooth.
3.
Spread
into bottom of loaf pan.
4.
Bake
15-18 min, let cool 5 min.
5.
Remove
from pan and finish cooling.
